This peaceful ground-floor apartment is perfect for families with small children and offers a close connection to the raw, unspoiled beauty of Portugal’s Costa Vicentina Natural Park. Located in the quiet coastal enclave of Espartal, it’s just a short walk to the rolling surf of Monte Clérigo and the wide, dune-lined stretch of Amoreira Beach.

INTERIOR
Our two bedroom, ground-floor apartment has air-conditioning units in both bedrooms. It features double beds with an en-suite bathroom in the master and bunk beds for the littles in the second bedroom. The home comes fully furnished with high-quality Portuguese bed linens and towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area with views toward the natural park, and a fully equipped kitchen including top-end appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher), Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer, immersion blender, toaster, microwave, iron and washing machine. For digital nomads, there is WiFi throughout the apartment. The house is decorated with original works by a local artist.
OUTDOORS
Double-glazed doors from both bedrooms lead to a large, ground-floor private terrace with sun loungers, gas BBQ and outdoor dining area. On the other side, small south-facing terraces with sitting areas let gentle breezes in all day long. Private garage parking is available with access to an electrical outlet, as well as unlimited street-side parking.
