Set in the quiet seaside neighborhood of Espartal, it’s an easy walk to the waves of Monte Clérigo and the dune-fringed shore of Amoreira Beach.

INTERIOR
Our two bedroom apartment has air-conditioning units in both bedrooms. The home comes fully furnished with high-quality Portuguese bed linens and towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area with views toward the natural park, and a fully equipped kitchen including top-end appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher), Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer, immersion blender, toaster, microwave, iron and washing machine. For digital nomads, there is WiFi throughout the apartment. The house is decorated with original works by a local artist.
OUTDOORS
Double-glazed doors lead from the dining area to a terrace with views of the park and the beautiful Amoreira River basin. From both bedroom, small terraces with sitting areas let gentle breezes in all day long. Private garage parking is available with access to an electrical outlet, as well as unlimited street-side parking.
